- Subscriptions must be completed in a single transfer. Any excess or multiple transfers will not be recognized and will be refunded (fees to be borne by the sender).
- Subscriptions from invalid accounts will be refunded (fees to be borne by the sender).

From now until December 20, 2024, at 24:00 (SGT) (earlier closure if the subscription cap is reached).
Fund Release and Distribution
AI Unicorn Fund No. 1 guarantees a minimum return ratio of 80% (base value). Releases will align with project release schedules and market expectations, continuing until the full amount has been distributed.
